Pre-made, purchased art can be fully refunded if returned in original condition, and packaged in original packaging, so that it arrives it mint condition. I will inspect the artwork to ensure it is free of damage. If item is damaged upon return shipping, I cannot refund it.
There are no refunds. I have spent time and material cost to create a piece especially for you. You will be sent a photo before you receive the actual piece. If requested, I can make enhancements so that you are happy with the final piece.

Some of our prints can be produced in-house. You will see this in the description when ordering. For these items, I can consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Orders printed by a third party. The majority of my store contains direct to garment printing, and prints by a third party. They will print and ship the item directly to you. I only make a small portion from these sales. If there is a defect in the product and/or printing, please let me know 3 weeks after your order (NO LATER THAN 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, the printer will not consider reprinting). Refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis.
Buyers remorse - no refunds.
Wrong size (please read the size descriptions) apparel items can be exchanged. The item must be returned to me in its original packaging. You must pay for shipping. When I receive the item, and it is in mint condition, I can replace your item with a different size.
Please track your order. If you do not see your order within the estimated shipping time, please contact me. I will do what I can to find out where it is, and try my best to see that the item is sent to you.
IMPORTANT: Always contact me BEFORE 4 weeks after you have made your purchase. After 4 weeks, I have very limited options available with my printer. You have a much better chance of a reprint if you contact me right away, and within 1-3 weeks after you order.
